User
TalentPass User will be used by the company's or school's students and/or employees. After signing in, users will be greeted with their to be filled in Curriculum Vitae. A menu which appears on the left side of the screen will help the user navigate through the system. The menu contains self assessment, reflection, development, ask for feedback, give feedback to, feedback from externals, and account settings. Pressing a menu item will redirect you to the relevant page.

TalentPass Manager is meant for department managers but can include teachers (schools). After signing in you're able to select any user in your department. You can view their Curriculum Vitae, give feedback, see their reflection, development and much more data. You will also have manager specific options such as viewing the performance in the whole department, finding the best fitting person for a specific role, compile reports, validating the user's period, changing their role and the list goes on.

TalentPass HRD is meant for the Human Resources department. HRD can choose to sign into a specific department or to login on all departments for a much broader view. Manager and HRD features are quite similar with some exceptions. HRD is also able to configure the system. This includes but is not limited to setting up behaviours, competences, competence groups, roles, role and competence groups relations, behaviour levels, independence levels, complexities. We will gladly assist you in the process of setting up the system.

External
TalentPass Guest (External) is meant for people outside the school or company. Users have a dedicated menu option that will help them invite external(s) for feedback. An external could be someone they interact with often, or a customer. The feedback can then be seen in their reflection, development and any other feedback data set. Inviting an external generates an account which will allow them to login, introduce themselves and give / view feedback, view reflection and view development. The user can toggle certain permissions while inviting. The system can send the external an e-mail or the external account credentials can simply be generated and copied.
